These Terms govern your use of the Little Roam store and orders you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. About us

2. Using our store

Our store is intended for parents, guardians and other adult customers. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. Please give accurate contact, payment and delivery information. You must not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information you are not entitled to see.

3. Products

We sell children's clothing, with our collection focused on approximately ages 2 to 8. Available sizes vary by item. We aim to describe and show each product accurately, but colours and fabric texture can look different depending on your screen and lighting. A small display difference does not remove your right to return an eligible item or your rights if an item is not as described.

Material and measurement information appears on the relevant product page and is based on information supplied for that item. We do not guarantee that every product covers the whole age range.

4. Sizing and fit

Check the measurements and sizing information for the particular item before ordering. Age labels are a guide, and numbered sizes or height measurements are not exact ages. Fit can vary between styles and suppliers. If you need help, email us before you order.

You may try clothing on to check the fit. If it is unsuitable, our Refund and Return Policy explains our 30-day return window and free return shipping.

5. Use and care

Follow the care label and any product-specific washing, drying or use instructions. Check the fit and condition before your child wears an item. Damage caused by care contrary to the label, alteration or misuse is not a manufacturing defect. This does not exclude your rights where an item was faulty, unsafe or not as described.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. The currency, applicable taxes and order total are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable under the destination country's rules, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed through our checkout payment providers.

Prices may change for future purchases. A change does not alter an order already accepted. If an obvious pricing error, stock problem or suspected fraud prevents us from accepting an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the cancelled order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated order-received email acknowledges that offer. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we accept the order when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the address, payment cannot be verified or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the payment in full.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will explain the delay and provide the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a full refund. Email us promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel before dispatch.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy form part of these Terms. We deliver to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, subject to checkout availability. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving your order, and we pay the return shipping. Trying clothing on to assess fit is allowed. The Refund and Return Policy explains condition requirements, faulty items and the additional cancellation rights available to UK consumers.

9. Reviews and content you send us

Please share only content you own or have permission to share. We may display a review you submit for publication with the product it describes. We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable photos or videos in marketing. Do not send photos showing a child or another person's personal information when a photo of the garment will explain an order problem.

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or exposes personal information. You may contact us about removing content you have submitted.

10. Intellectual property

Our store design, text, logo and images are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the store for your own shopping, but may not copy or commercially reuse its content without the relevant owner's permission. Rights belonging to other companies remain with their owners.

11. Responsibility and liability

We are responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us, including supplying products that meet required standards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from purchases made as a consumer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other obligation that cannot legally be limited. We do not impose a payment-value cap that overrides your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Your consumer rights

These Terms and our policies do not reduce your statutory rights. Our voluntary 30-day return window is additional to any rights you have for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products. Rights and remedies may differ between US states, Canadian provinces and territories, and the United Kingdom.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law that applies to you and any right to bring a claim in a court permitted by that law. These Terms do not require you to waive those protections.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our store or applicable law changes. The date above shows the latest revision. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order, except where a change is legally required.
